Here's an easy way to check you are drinking enough

  • Dehydration can adversely affect our health and our physical and mental performance
  • Use this chart to make sure you're drinking enough - the lighter the colour of your urinethe better
  • A 65kg/10 stone adult needs at least 6-8 glasses (2 litres) of fluid a day - and more in hot weather or when active
  • Space drinks at regular intervals - at least one every two waking hours.
